Surveys

A number of ongoing studies are being carried out on the Reserve. These include a Common Birds Census (on the Reserve extension land), botanical mapping survey, butterfly line transect, and monitoring water quality and the water table through dip wells. Also, regular recording of birds and dragonflies and some other insects. The Recorders would welcome any help with monitoring on site particularly with specialist groups.
